It's Time To Talk

One in four people will have a mental health problem of some kind every year in England. You're not alone, and we're here to help.

We are a free, confidential NHS service. If you're living with anxiety and depression, we can help you get the support you need.

Self refer
If you are over 18 and registered with a GP in West Sussex, you can self-refer to our service online now. You don't need to speak to your GP before self-referring.
I need urgent help
We are not a crisis service and we are not able to provide crisis support. If you are in crisis and need urgent support you can find resources here.

How are you feeling?

If you're not feeling quite like yourself, you're not the only one. Anxiety, depression and stress are more common than you might think, and you don't have to be alone while experiencing them. It's time to talk about your mental health – and we can help.
