What we do

We offer a stepped-care treatment model for adults with mild to moderate anxiety and depression.

Step 2 support (low intensity) is given by a psychological wellbeing practitioner (PWP) and is usually 4-6 sessions of guided self-help, an online course or a computer-based package, all based on the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

Step 3 support (high intensity) is given by CBT therapists or counsellors.
