One in four people will have a mental health problem of some kind every year in England. You're not alone, and we're here to help.
We are a free, confidential NHS service. If you're living with anxiety and depression, we can help you get the support you need.
How are you feeling?
If you're not feeling quite like yourself, you're not the only one. Anxiety, depression and stress are more common than you might think, and you don't have to be alone while experiencing them. It's time to talk about your mental health – and we can help.

News
Horsham residents can speak directly to one of our clinicians and employment advisors at a bi-monthly information drop-in session at the Horsham Wellbeing Hub.
I received cognitive behavioural therapy over the telephone. The therapist was very easy to talk to, let me take my time, was happy to listen to any issues that had arisen, even though they may have been outside my initial problems. The therapist sent me weekly summaries of what we had discussed, and sent me information in the post as this was easier for me to deal with. I have recommended this service to several friends since.
